This Pomeranian is being as sold pet only and is to be spayed or neutered. Registration papers will be given only AFTER proof from your vet that the dog has been spayed or neutered.

The new owner has 72 hours from the date of this agreement to have the Pomeranian examined by a veterinarian of their own choice, at their own expense. If the vet exam reveals that the Pomeranian is diseased or has a genetic defect, the buyer must return the Pomeranian along with a written statement from the attending vet as to the health problem for a full purchase price refund or a replacement puppy when one becomes available. After the 72 hours the breeder has no warranties, either express or implied. 

It is agreed that at no time will the owner sell or give this Pomeranian to a pet store, a puppy mill operation, a dog pound, a dog broker, any similar enterprise or sell at auction. In the event the owner needs to find a new home for this Pomeranian, the owner shall contact breeder for assistance in placing the dog and/or return said dog to the breeder.
